This cost cutting by sending the kids abroad to play rather than up the m8 is great. Save a fortune compared to travelling to far flung places like Perth , just go to Munich and Valencia n beat better teams while saving money and getting the kids a better taste of different fitbaw cultures.
I’m just amazed we can do it cheaper than playing domestic matches.
Pity it’s not the cream of day Germany tho, only playing the wee clubs development squads. Still, I reckon Bayern Munich are on the up ....
