Hardly a fraud. He's had an insane amount of success and will continue to have a lot of success.

Unfortunately that success is just achieved through boring and unsustainable football - as a chairman you really wouldn't be looking to hire him for any more than two seasons.

The boards of the clubs that hire him. In the past it was easy. Let your coaches do the work and spend hundreds of millions. Then take the credit for any modicum of success. However better coaches came along who actually did work as well as spending and he was fecked.
