Substitutes: Alnwick, Hodson, Halliday, Miller, Cummings, McCrorie, Goss.
Team News:: Graham Dorrans goes straight back into the Rangers starting XI to face Motherwell after five months out with an ankle injury.
The midfielder replaces Sean Goss in Graeme Murty’s midfield after undergoing surgery for the problem he suffered against Kilmarnock in October 2017.
Alfredo Morelos is also returned to the line-up after starting the Gers last game, a defeat, on the bench.
There is room on the bench for the returning Ross McCrorie, the teenager hasn’t played this year after picking up damage to his foot. Jordan Rossiter is in the matchday squad but doesn’t make the bench.
Russell Martin missed international duty to recover fully from a back issue which had been troubling him and he is back fully fit to face Motherwell.

Type 2 diabetic mate, so no eggs for me. Diet controlled so no biggie, and believe it or not I'm not fat. A wee glass of wine or two will do me nicely as the grandson wolfs his Star Wars egg.

We always get a gift at our table here at CP.
Today was a Happy Easter box full of wee wrapped chocolate eggs. About 100 of them in each box.
Now this is a 4 course meal, half time snacks and bar all included.
Master Ginger 5 are his meal in about 20 minutes, got bored before kick off so scoffed all the fwcking wee eggs in his box before trying to get mine which I’m keeping for the grand daughters.

Folks. Celtic at home, Kilmarnock at home and Motherwell away. All hard games.
Losing to Celtic by odd goal. No great surprise.
Losing to Kilmarnock at home by a single goal. In current form Kilmarnock are doing over most teams, again not too much of a shock but disappointing obviously.
Coming back from 2 down at half time at Motherwell and could easily have won. Positive fight back and 2bd half. Historicaly a draw at fir park, not an easy place to get results, so it's a reasonable result.
Positives, dorrans started slow but finished strong.
Team played well 2nd half, scored 2 goals and could have won it.
Onwards and upwards

It's all down to how you measure world class. If you were to set up a world league of 20 teams, then definitely Virgil would get a gig, so would Victor, maybe even Lurch. Looking forward, then Moussa might well get picked up by such a team, as would KT for definite. Scotty would not. His age and previous history at that elite level would work against him
My preferred measure of world class would be the best eleven players playing the game right now who would have walked into that select band for the last 3 to 5 years. On that basis, none of them would.
Nice bit of deflection though to take it from Scotty to Virgil.
