Real vs Juve - penalty or not?

Yet again we have a contentious decision in a big fixture and if you look online then it seems that everyone is absolutely sure of their opinion... but there is a fairly equal split in opinion.

So, penalty or no penalty?

I'm not sure.

It looks soft, but I would say that the Real Madrid player doesn't look like he knows the defender is there and is genuinely nudged forward by the defender's challenge.

It didn't look like a dive to me and if that is the case, you just need to decide whether the contact was enough to constitute a foul.

Also, why wasn't the defender sent off?
