So the UK has ended up getting dragged into another middle East conflict. Missile strikes by US, UK and France on Damascus have been announced on the news.
Wonder what the implications of all this will be in the coming weeks and months!
Crazy to think Russia are holding the world cup in this political backdrop.
With the crazy powerful and destructive weapons mankind have in this era, and the destruction something like a state focused cyber attack could have on a nation, the last thing we want is a mass conflict between America, UK, France, Russia, China and North Korea etc.
Hopefully this whole Syria situation calms down as quickly as it has escalated, and we don't see any further escalation or military strikes!
On another note, I was reading that April 23 is meant to be the end of the world! Enough time for Rangers to get our win in the Semi on Sunday and we will just have to assume we would have went on and won the cup with a victory over Motherwell or the Sheep.
On yet another note, I have flights booked back to the UK in a couple of months for a holiday, flying Qatar , via Doha. I hope those sky's over the middle East are still open for passenger jets and this conflict has calmed down and been resolved by then.

Israel used white phosphorous bombs against Palestinian kids in Lebanon last year. A chemical weapon that burns the skin off its victims.
I don’t recall any airstrikes against them for using that chemical weapon. 🤔
