Yes, halftime but you have some nerve to even contemplate that Wenger is capable of winning at Atletico and if we coast past them I reckon we will be humbled by Marseille since the current manager couldn’t win in Europe in the pats 22 years with all the Vieiras and Henry and Bergkamp of this world so what makes you think Welbeck and Wilshere is the straw that broke some Atletico back? Keep hoping I really admire your bravery for us, we live in real world.

Raptor I wasn’t seriously suggesting he is scared of dragons, I hope in time he will understand that, but the reaction was unacceptable imo, he said horrific things in reply tbh, it’s got to stop.

Mathematically true but realistically a hope and a dream.

Look at what took place today:
- Arsenal could not beat a 10 man team at home.
- Arsenal could not protect against the "evil" away goal rule.
- Arsenal scored first but could not put Atletico away when their heads were down. This team has no killer instinct! Instead they played their usual stroll down the field with 10-15 short cross-field passes to gain 10 yards. Meanwhile the opposition defense is already back and set.

Hopefully the new Arsenal manager will play an exciting brand of football, with fast breakaways, with passes through the middle to forwards with speed. This whole slow waltz football style is obsolete!

Possible longer term solution

Imagine we play half a game at home, but we fail to use an advantage and we play to a draw against ten men. Now imagine the second day half of the game takes place away, against a full strength team.

It's not as simple as 'it's only half time'.
