The thing is with people saying "He's okay for a Plan B and that's it" and I agree he is. However he becomes plan A whenever we get injuries and suspensions or when a player is off form. Or even when Jose just fancies changing it up.

If we give him a pay rise on what we've seen over the 5 years he's been here then heads need to roll.

If we had finished top 4 I wasn't up for getting rid to replace him with Mourinho. Soon as he finished 5th I felt it was his time.
