Foddy.. a lot on here write off too many players all too quickly and if I remember right Scott Brown was targeted on here by a few.

Aye bubble - never with broony though - imho he has been a brilliant signing from day one - even when playing pash he would drive us on

I've always rated him, I felt when he was first breaking into the team that he was always trying to do a bit too much on the ball, once he got more comfortable with his status in the squad he's became a much better player.

He's very consistent, and rarely has a bad game, even when asked to fill in at left back.

The thing that he has over most Scottish players is a willingness to take the ball in very tight spaces.

Yup, it's my pet hate the way some fans are so quick to right people off, Ntcham & Edouard were getting a lot of stick in the early part of the season.

Guys like Forrest, McGregor, Rogic have all been cast aside in the past too, even youngsters who are still learning the game but have lots of potential like Ajer and Hendry are starting to get it.

I just accept that most footballers will suffer from form dips, it's why we need such a big squad, the only guys I will usually write off are the ones not putting the effort in.

Bit off topic but what’s happened to Armstrong?? He was my fave Scotland player about a year ago.

The rumour going round is that he will be sold in the summer. SC will not be happy if this is true 😂

He has been carrying an injury for some time and will have an operation over the summer. We should see the real Thumb after that 👍

I think Griff is so incredibly underrated.

He scored 40 goals in the season before Moussa signed, and he's outscored Moussa in both of the last 2 seasons if we were to only use goals per minutes on the pitch as a barometer.

Now that doesn't mean I think Griff is better than Dembele, some people seem to struggle with that, Moussa has more tools than Leigh, and is better suited to playing against better defenders, his ceiling is much higher, but for Celtic, Griff is just as important coz Moussa doesn't seem to be able to get himself up against lesser opponents(most of our games).

We should do our best to hold onto Leigh for as long as possible, coz we know he'll be able to do that job in the league which is our bread and butter.

Interestingly enough after a slow start Edouard had the best strike rate at the club by the end of the season, he's raw but is another one who looks like he could go on and play at a very high level.
