Fekir deal done ?

According to the president of the French FA,Noel Le Graet, Nabil Fekir has passed his medical in Clairefontaine, and the deal is done.
But it turns out hes an habitual liar.
Deal off.

Liverpool understood to have tried to lower the fee in their pre-existing deal with Lyon after Nabil Fékir's medical, according to @Tanziloic of RMC, who was incidentally the individual who prematurely broke that a deal was in place between the 2 clubs last month.

No mate, laughing at the distinct possibility this may be true.

That's definitely a blow because it was a nailed on certain deal about a week ago and it was just a matter of when it would be announced. Missing out on a top player there.

But I suppose more rumours will fly about as the summer goes on and I'm sure Klopp will have a couple more players in mind that he could work with.

Crazy stuff from Liverpool if true.
If he has a problem, you walk away full stop, you dont start low balling at the last minute, especially on the eve of a World Cup, where this player might shine, and you then look like the worlds biggest t1t.

Lol Fekir should throw that captain armband in the owners face. It is one thing to refuse a tranfer, thats business, but to let a tranfer happen only to say no at the last second... I would be furious if I were Fekir.

He was born and raised in Lyon. Lyon is his boyhood club.
He sees Aulas as almost a father figure. If anything, I think he'd pi$$ed of the way Liverpool have played it

I would imagine that was much more likely.

Phil McNulty, BBC Sport's chief football writer...

'...it is my understanding the deal has not fallen down because Liverpool tried to renegotiate the terms of the deal.

Liverpool did not attempt, suggest or offer to renegotiate any terms for Fekir….'
