I flatly refuse to play golf in the rain lot very windy weather.

It’s meant to be enjoyable ffs. Not a task.

Golf is enjoyable in all conditions just get the proper gear and the weather wont touch you. Plus bad weather golf is interesting you get to play a variety of shots and it makes you a better player.
