I never thought Id see the day when it doesnt sound like the worst idea I have heard this week. But at the moment he would certainly help sort the defence out.

3 people have given this 1 star but no-one has the balls to comment.
I didnt say I want him back, just that its not the worst idea Ive heard this week.

I'd rather see him in a coach/consultant capacity. With the transfer window closed there is no point getting a new manager now. I'd rather see him hired as a defensive coach

If he was our manager I would probably just hang myself now and save me time from just dying with boredom.
The game has changed anyway, I don't feel his idea's on defense would work as well now anyway

He wouldn't take a secondary role (defensive coach). It would be manager or nowt for him. Ego, you know.
He hasn't worked in the modern game at all really - do you want that? I know I don't.
Liverpool are going to find out (again) that a club legend isn't necessarily a messiah.
There's a reason why so many ex-players and ex-managers find their way onto sofaland in front of cameras or microphones - it's easy and responsibility free.
But it doesn't mean they could do a job where it really counts.
And by the way, I'm not one of those who gave 1 star. I rarely do.

If we could have 2 managers at once then yes, wenger can be incharge of attack and graham in charge of defence!
