Can't say I'm too excited about my teams prospects this season. Being realistic just surviving would be a result ! So, who's going up and who's going down next April ? For me at the business end it's Swansea, Stoke and Leeds. At the desperate end it's Bolton, Rotherham and Hull. Before you rush to the bookies I ave to tell ya I ave been known to be rong.

Our great leader Ferdinand as just spoken via the Evening Standard. What an eve of season confidence booster ! We need to sell our better players and it'll ave been a good season if we survive ! I'm sure the players are now fully motivated for the opening match against Preston.

So, the first games out of the way and a one-nil defeat away to Preston. Nuffin too worry about for the moment. What is worrying though is that Tony, Les and Steve all seem to be singing from different im sheets. One saying ow good this current squad is. One saying we can't bring in players, signings or on loan. Another saying we ave to bring in some experience. Another saying we ave faith in our youth. This season doesn't seem any different from the last. The naive and clueless asking the incompetent to make is footballing decisions and a manager past is sell by date. At least with Olloway we could expect the unexpected and an occasional flash of genius. Still "it is what it is" to quote one of Les's better decisions !! Onwards to next Saturday and Sheffield Utd.
