Bielsa said after the game that hes trained hard but he wants two players for every position. Ideguchi is not a second option for any position and it wouldnt be fair for Bielsa to say he wants him to stay. If he does he will try and help him. Seems there is a language barrier not speaking English or Spanish.

Keep him. Need fresh legs as season progresses, especially in midfield

We've not seen enough of Ideguchi to have an informed opinion either which way. He didn't get enough game time last season so a loan makes sense. League 1 would be ideal.

Perhaps they can go to language classes together.

Surely if there's a language issue at ER then a move to Barnsley isn't the answer.

One of those headlines that doesn't reflect the whole situation methinks. Granted I think it will be hard to break through this season as its stands but Bielsa is clearly not writing his prospects for the future off completely.

Things like this speak volumes of the man 👍

I hope he doesn't write him off just because of the language barrier. Surely just play the guy in the 23s and see how he goes. Also play him in his preferred position
Come on Marcelo don't do this to me. Just when I was getting to like you

No idea what standard this league is, but he started and scored today.
