I have recorded the game and will be watching pre and post match. Only found out Heck was a guest, thought it really odd, considering how dire he was for us just a few months ago.

Needs to find a woman (or a man, if that's the situation) fast, if that's the case.

it often doesn't take a massive influx of players to improve a team. the right manager with the right system only takes a few key players to improve those around them. when alioski arrived i thought he looked a player with his energy and desire. that faded away during the long plot-less season.
same with saez. just look at his discipline when things began to get tougher.
we need a few more quality additions which will make everyone better. bielsa will have the team much fitter and they will have to be to play his high octane system. rotation will be the key to keep everyone in top shape.

I thought PH handled himself well.

Don't forget he had a team heading in the wrong direction and, as he alluded to, there was interference. I suspect that working with someone else's coaching team isn't the best foundation for success.

Don't think Villa were that good. Hull City will do well to avoid a campaign battling against relegation.

Interesting game later between WBA and Forest. Recently relegated versus big spenders. Neither impressed in the opening weekend. Both, I suspect, will struggle to hit the heights this season.

Thought Saiz looked like the player we hoped he would be and a bargain at 3m and Klich looked good value As well,
