Also, that's a pretty good deal considering our CL status. I wonder if adidas will have any regrets.

Great news. The money of course but more the fact we're seeing the back of these horrible Puma kits. One decent kit in 4 years.

I'm sure they consult the Arsenal PR department on past designs and material types etc. But i doubt the Arsenal would have any significant say on the matter. You won't pay someone £60m over 5 years for them to have an overriding say on the matter.

Arsenal is the client. Of course they have a say.

Arsenal will give the clear on the shirt

My business card at work for example. I didn’t design it, I didn’t print it but the company asked me if I liked it and if I wanted to amend it.

I’m sure that’s what arsenal get too

Arsenal may also say we’d like a shirt with say gold on it, what colour away kits, if they have white on shoulders too..

They most likely say “oh it’s been 20 years since the club achieved this and we would like a similar shirt to the one we played in back then to celebrate it”

Hopefully this means no more skinny cuts to the shirts.
