Surely if Ramsey signs a new deal he will be emery first choice to be el Capitan.

I think it’ll be Ramsey. Is he fit for Sunday? If not it’ll be Ozil. Picking Ozil could be an interesting choice, might reinvigorate him a bit, making him step up his consistency knowing he’s got that extra responsibility. Or he could just hide from it, who knows
Think it’ll be, Ramsey first choice, then Ozil, Xhaka, mustafi. Could see Lichtsteiner and Sokratis go higher up the list once they settle in more. Wonder if when kos is back he’ll take captaincy, or he’ll be more of a club captain like Mert was

Unless he’s no longer captain, pretty sure he would. We saw it with Mert last season. In fact, I’m pretty sure there was a game where he came on as a sub and was given the armband by whoever started the game as captain.
