Norwich City - thoughts.....

Another Bank Holiday weekend beckons with the prospect of reasonable weather for some and the usual fayre for others.

We'll probably lose top spot tonight with Middlesbrough hosting West Bromwich Albion at the Riverside Stadium tonight. I'm expecting 'Boro to take all three points which means that we'll need to secure same against the Canaries to resecure our rightful place at the summit.

Norwich City isn't quite firing on all cylinders just yet, 4 points from 4 games. Typically raise their game against the Mighty Whites so I'm not expecting a stroll in the park at Carrow Road.

Are we expecting a Derby County or a Swansea City type Leeds United performance?

I think confidence has been slightly knocked, Cooper's withdrawal, something we used to wish for at times in the past, has impacted on the team and indeed, the style of play.

I'm looking for Leeds United to edge out in a close, scrappy affair. Fitness with a little more quality will see us through. 2-1.

I wonder if Bamford gets the nod for a wide role......

PS: It's been a weird old week for Leeds United hasn't it? Disclosures of Conte being approached to manage Leeds United, a Russian club making Summer overtures for Jansson and finally, more recently, the Mexicans enquiring about Bielsa. Italians, Russians and Mexicans. All the hallmarks of a good read about drugs and Mafia-like cartels. Just an every day event in the life of Leeds United.
