Bit of a slow start but great reaction to a bit of a roadblock in Swansea.
Jansson slotted in seamlessly, making great interceptions and instilling confidence.
Kalvin Philips was immense, literally ran the show, great tackles, great passes, huge energy and presence.
Slick slick passing for goals and great to see goals coming from everywhere. I've questioned where goals were going to come from before we signed Bamford, but if they are coming from everywhere then it's very very hard for opposition to stop you.
Thought Saiz was below par in end product, but worked his socks off and that helps keep opposition on back foot, huge work rate, top man.
Safe hands in goal in BPF for our first clean sheet of season and Bamford looked sharp when coming on.
Superb away performance to take us back to top of the table.
Thoughts from today

Just get that feeling about the player, don’t know why.
You know how sometimes you get some players who can do no right and others who can do no wrong on some fans eyes.
Hope I’m wrong mind...

Bielsa on whether he can improve Hernandez as a player: "I think he can improve me as a coach." #lufc

Great answer! Up there with Beckford’s classic!

Wow - a 3-0 win at Carrow Road, and with some sweet goals from the attacking midfielders - what a RESULT!
Narridge are one of our bogey teams (still smarting from that Jeremy Goss volley back in the day). It looks like we did them good and proper. I lived there in a previous life and lots of my mates are Norwich fans - so this is doubly sweet!
I'm very pleased Pontus is shaping up - and Kalvin Pirlo seems to have played a blinder today - brilliant!
It looks like we could even get promoted, on this form, and even if we don't, I'm going to enjoy it while I can!
Marcelo Bielsa - what a coach!

that's the thing jaz, they're playing the best football i've seen them play since the league 1 days. promoted or not this is how it's meant to be. you're supposed to enjoy football.

If we play like we have so far, we win every game.

True, but with a porous defense, unlike what we have seen this season thus far.

We played some awful football under SG as well. There was an inconsistency and a lack of bottle at times, with the Bates saga rumbling along underneath
We had the fantastic -15 points saga under Wise, then Macca took us to Wembley when we should have consolidated and gone up auto. SG failed to get us there, and we only just crept over the line with auto promotion the next season. I really enjoyed that time, but we should have thoroughly dominated games much more

Sg’s football nowhere near as good as this, you have to go back to Prem or maybe even before to Wilko’s time for a better comparison.
