Best, agree with that, he’s not talking about needing players at present in fact quite the opposite when asked about it regarding Coopers injury. He’s not one to badmouth owners in interviews, so I wouldn’t expect any of that stuff where managers try and paint their owners into a corner, it’s more a worry about owners starting to take this current success for granted.
We are being richly treated, especially after so many years of crap, cheap appointments. We need to make the most of this and do our best to make Biejsa want to stay as long as possible as it certainly feels like he’s delivering his side of the bargain.

Agree with that Jonty. I think at present the club are delivering their side of it - he's got the control he wants. I don't think he's under any illusions about the financial ability of Leeds. Before taking the job he watched the games and said he was happy to work with the majority of the squad.
He's not a long term manager and doesn't need to be. He gets the club up and he's changed Leeds forever.

Best, thing is if we lose him we lose so much more ala m4anure when big nose went.

Agree entirely with that. He's being handsomely paid too and that shouldn't be forgotten. Handsomely paid by the club/AR.

Best, hope the club are working on what comes next, don’t want to go back to Steve Evans type appointments after this, important that club are looking to build in this style for the future, it’s something quite special.

This style of foota ala Pep, Klopp and dare I say it Santo (as Wolves hammered everyone 1 last season) is the modern way & the way forward.
