I think all of us know we need a CM. Dembele is winding down, linked with a move to China in January, and it's an area the club will surely be looking at (Lobotka has been mentioned)
However, I also think we need a LB
Rose looks finished, injuries have killed him. He went from being linked to the Manchester clubs in the hope of progressing his career, to being linked to lesser clubs whereby he'll be hoping to resurrect it
Davies I also think isn't good enough to be a starter for us. People might disagree, and I'm not saying he's a bad player. He's reasonable enough defensively and in the air, and can put in some good deliveries. But games like today he stands out, and not in a good way
Watford were compact and aggressive, and we desperately needed an outlet on the left side. Whenever Davies gets it, though, he passes it sideways or backwards, lacking the pace and close control to beat players. Too safe. And his link up play with Dele was awful
Although Trippier can't beat players either, with him at least when he gets it he has the vision and execution to put it into dangerous areas. The opposition have to be wary. Davies doesn't have that threat. And also at least Trippier has some competition in Aurier and KWP to make RB less of a worry
Chilwell I think should be a target. I doubt he'd be easy to get and Leicester might demand a big fee. But he's only 21 and looks far more comfortable on the ball. He's a really good dribbler for a fullback, and he takes risks
In this era LBs in the PL are making big contributions offensively e.g. Alonso, Mendy, Robertson. Davies chipped in last year but for me he's a weak link among our regular players. He really should only be a back up

Chilwell looks the real deal and he's on a long(ish) contract i think
Spurs couldn't afford him and he turned us down recently but the lad just oozes class, can see why klopp went after him when he was not even playing regularly

Very happy with Robertson who's exceeded everyones expectations but Chilwell is younger and looks to have a very high ceiling imo

Na, I don’t think so. Robertson is pretty young too, and is already excellent., whilst chillwell is good, I’m not sure he will end up as good.

Rotation of the full backs has turned four very good full backs into nothing more than four very average ones. It was obvious what would happen over time. None of them are going to be top notch, if they know they are going to be dropped the following game.

Chilwell would leave Leicester for us. London is tempting for any player and if Arsenal Chelsea or Spurs come calling

Barely seen any of him so got no idea what he’s like. Knowing our lack of effort when it comes to scouting they can’t find anyone else in Europe as that would actually involve some expense on travel and accommodation
