Sanchez

Thought he had his best game in a united shirt yesterday. Didn't spend the game constantly losing the ball, looked hungry, played some lovely passes and delivered an inch perfect cross for Lukaku.

I know it was only Burnley but if he can build on this over the next few games he will be like a new signing. Thought that front 3 yesterday were brilliant and should be first choice in the majority of games, I know we were a bit narrow a few times but if Dalot can offer something on the right we should be OK.

Feel a bit sorry for Martial but his performance against Brighton was embarrassing. At least Sanchez looks like he cares.

He’s a great manager, he just likes playing schit football.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn’t. Our last two games have had some very positive spells.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yup they have but we both know we’ve already had two season full of terrible football already. Even you can’t be that blinded by your bias.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

‘Full of terrible football’

Um, no. Plenty of good games in there. More bad than good but where you get these absolutes from, lord knows as you’re usually quite intelligent in your politics articles. It’s like football talk brings out your inner Stretty
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Did I say every game was terrible? I suppose if somebody were to say they had a full stomach you'ed take that literally as well.

More bad than good you say, what do you think the ratio was?

35 good, 65 bad

But keep in mind that he took over from a very poor side and had a mission to get us back in the CL by hook or by crook.

I doubt he’ll leave being known as the next Pep but he was brought in to get results and not be left behind by the likes of Liverpool and Spurs which is what he has done. I’m sure the next manager or the one after will be far more entertaining but Jose is a specialist in getting results. What else did people expect?

We expected him to entertain us like he said he would.

Robb

take a step back and a deep breath and think about what you are posting for once.

You have chucked Martial under the bus just as much as others are chucking your favourites in Fellaini and Sanchez under the same bus. Yet you say you actually support the guy. You clearly don't.

You are no different nor do you know any better than anybody else, like you clearly and annoyingly like to think you do.

I get it that you have your favourites, mainly against the general consensus of most other rational United supporters, for what ever reason. And boy, do you ram that home to us all, constantly. You are if nothing persistent.

Imo Sanchez has comes no where near demonstrating that he has had better games for United than Martial.

As the song goes, Tony Martial scores again. You couldn't never say that about Sanchez, yet.

Sanchez against City was better than anything Martial has shown for us. And I do rate the guy. I just think Sanchez is better and yesterday was a sign of things to come hopefully

Martial did play very well. But with all due respect City away is a lot harder than Moscow away
