I wonder if he'll ever reach the high standards of Morelos.
We've already had one imposter have to leave the country after being outscored by the Buffalo and, after Sunday, despite playing at his very best he couldn't get anywhere near the standard set by the Columbian, despite him being just off a plane from Russia.
Let's not kid ourselves fellow Celts, the big man's first touch is only good around 90% of the time. He has this annoying habit that when running with the ball he constantly looks up rather than staring at his boots in a confused manner.
Even worse, I've even seen him in one to one situations with the keeper where he has actually tried to put the ball around the goalie instead of hammering it straight at him (although there is some hope on this one....on Sunday he tried the Morelos technique of trying to head it straight at the goalie).
If he can correct these issues and deal with his temper and attitude, we might yet have a player on our hands.

Poor bears are getting it tight.
I get Gerrard protecting his team and trying to find positions he’s of which there are very few.
But.
He underestimates the real diehard bear in his uttering. He expects them to now buy into the idea that they should accept that Rangers are still in transition and that it will just take a wee bit of time. The more worrying aspect is that he thinks those that turned up would be happy to just contain Celtic.
When have we ever heard of one of the OF being content just that good their rivals at bay and setting that out as a game plan? Never as far as I’m aware. There may always have been an acceptance that the other side has a far better team but you still turned up as a supporter knowing that at least you’d have a go at them and ask the relevant questions.
The bear philosophy is quite simply to “get back where they belong” and while most sensible ones accept this will take time the idea that in the meantime they undertake damage limitation and hope for a break won’t go down well at all.
And this after the proclamations that Rangers we’re in every way superior to an Aberdeen side said nothing short of we are here for the league bearing in mind Aberdeen beat them to second the last two seasons.
Make no mistake about that at all. The EL will cover their outgoing costs this season but if there’s no progress domestically then nothing has changed and you can’t believe they can carry on throwing money at it. This season is huge for Rangers and the double fixtures between EL and league over the next two months will be significant.

Next one in December after another 3 months of team gelling together will be more interesting. Gerrard can't set 11 up behind the ball again but given the only time Rangers attacked in numbers we scored he'll be wary.
Wonder how Hearts will do and how long they'll keep up their form.
