Baz I'm not really even into superhero movies or anything and really never liked spider-man as a character compared to some heroes but I tentatively bought into the hype of the reviews and am pleasantly surprised. Really enjoyable game.

How many hours have you played it if you're finishing the story tonight and it only came out on Friday?

I thought it would be quite a lengthy game, or have you not really explored much?

The story is about 20 hours long, but that doesn't include side missions and simply swinging around the city looking for bad guys.

I can see people playing this for some time.

So 20 hours since Friday you'll have put into it?

That is just the story Mike and if you rush through it you could probably finish it around that mark, from what I have heard.

I am only about 20% in, I started playing Friday, but have been taking my time with the game.

Fair enough, 20 hours just for the story would take me a month or two at least if I'm doing side missions and messing about as well

Not sure how long I've put into it but I wouldn't say the story is 20 hours. Probably around 12-15. I snapped my Achilles so can't do much at the weekend. Good opportunity to get through my games.

I'm a bit fussy with games. I like stuff like Fifa, GTA, Uncharted, Far Cry, Mafia, The Last Of Us etc I'm not sure if Spiderman would be something I'd enjoy or not. I love the films of course but gaming will be a completely different story.

What if you think Spider-Man and comic books are for geeks? Would you still recommend it?
