The big event starts on Friday and with the American team now in France I thought I'd create a thread for those that are interested in the Ryder cup to discuss the event and share their thoughts
Friday
8.10 Fourballs
1.50 Foursomes
Saturday
8.10 Fourballs
1.50 Foursomes
Sunday
12.05 Singles
As much as I the Europe to take this, the Americans seem to have an incredibly strong team whilst there are few rookies in the Europeans team. Europe do have some great players in Fleetwood, Rory and Rose and mainly made the correct decisions with the wildcards although Garcia initially looked like a bad pick to me, think he was the weaker Spaniard but I'm hoping his experience will help guide this team.
Heart says Europe. Wallet and head says America

I know at home we won this year but without doubt the golf course did win this year.
We had it sussed and they didn't do their homework.

Just on my way back to London, what a Ryder Cup. To experience that atmosphere at the Le Golf National was sensational. We all did feel a bit nervous when Rory made a hash of the 18th and thought oh no, hope the US don't do a Medinah on us. Great to have that opportunity to experience this and coming back to a victory, definitely helping this hangover.
