Surely deserves more game time? Once up to match fitness he just provides that bit of quality. If lukaku can Trollop around and Sanchez can flutter in and out of games why not give mata a role. For all lingards energy he doesn’t seem to do much in a lot of games.
And don’t get me started on Matic, the refuse-to-moveable object, if he gets a game acting like a statue how is Mata not getting time even if he isn’t usain bolt?!

He's always the go-to-guy to get substituted at some point in the game if he starts.
