Csaba Laszlo's Shambles of a Team

Video:

It's been a while since this was posted, but it's just as appropriate today as ever. I'm sure this was made by a Dee, but the humour is one of the things I enjoy about our particular rivalry. As an arab I am of course very sad about our team's state of affairs but they have every right to make these videos and at least this one gave me a slight smile.

On another note, I am very disappointed with the team's current state of affairs. Sadly I have no magic wand, and currently very few managers would want to chance coming to United. In my opinion we have lost a lot of support and good will from many of the 'footballing people' in Scotland. I also believe that mostly the reason for this has been our club's treatment of staff and our bungles in the transfer market coupled with poor performance on the field for the last several years.

Of course we should be able to turn this around, but for the longest time it feels like the team are devoid of inspiration. If we even did go up we would be in no state to compete, and that is a sorry state of affairs.

Does anyone have any answers?

The guy's name is "Provie Central" and commented "WATP". Probably a Third Lanark or Gretna fan, or someone of that ilk anyway.

Scott McDonald's comments on the manager are pretty damning: https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/dundee-united-boss-csaba-laszlo-13287881

Neither the players nor the fans want him at the club. We're already 5 points off the top and could, with all results going the wrong way, be in 8th place this time next week. McKinnon was sacked for less than this - there is no justification in keeping him.

The highlights are something else: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pl02M2M7dHE

4 goals from free kicks, where no United players attempt to defend. It's as if they haven't done any training at all on how to defend set pieces. It's surreal to watch.
