Celtic 5 v 0 Hearts

I think we’ve accidentally borrowed someone’s juggernaut

Another fantastic result and performance to go with it. In our last 5 domestic matches we have scored 23 and conceded just 2 goals, terrific return after our start to the season.

Thought Edouard was terrific but so was McGregor who seems to have found his form again and he’s doing terrifically well in that defensive mid spot. Ntcham should be back for Thursday so it’s a difficult one for Rodgers, I think he has to stick with this same 11 just now and continue the feelgood factor with some players.

Now we have 2 games until the international break, RB Leipzig on Thursday and Livingston away on Sunday. Two wins are a must and two wins would see us in a terrific position on all 4 fronts. Obviously Thursday would be even better if we can win by 2 or more goals, by more would give us the better head to head and a chance to qualify in our next game against Rosenberg.

Sunday will be a tough game but I expect us to continue our domestic form and go into the intl break in at least 2nd place with a game in hand.

One possible sour note is the injury to Harry Maguire for Leicester, if he has done his knee then it’s bye bye Benkovic in January what a class act that boy is, Celtic should be doing everything that can to ensure he stays until the summer at least, potentially to be a real star in the future.

Anyway, good to start enjoying watching us again, long may it continue

Christie will be judged better on Thursday or when a game is stuffy and he's pressed in areas he doesn't want to be or he's having to look after a decent player
Hearts were truly awful and Dundee even worse so I'm hoping he can continue his good form in other typeof games
I like Christie, always have but he needs to nail down his pkace now

He’ll be judged when we eventually sell him to Southampton.
