Maybe he doesn’t agree with any innocents being killed. Unless NATO only got the bad Serbs-or that you think all Serbs supported the murdering of others?!

Nope. You want to wear it go ahead. I’d never question why anyone would or wouldn’t want to wear it. The two guys have genuine reasons for not doing so, but the fact the had to release statements explaining themselves is well out of order.

There are so many untruths in that shartirade but ill start with neutrality and supposedly liking "your" enemy.. Is that why weather forecast etc were passed on to the allies? Is that why emergency services sat on the border and went over to deal with the aftermath of German bombs? Is that why Germans were interned and the Allies allowed to return home immediately without question? There was no conscription in NI just like today there is no marriage equality/language acts etc etc as you have always been different from Britain and always will be.

You just can`t handle the very simple truth you are a "paddy" as much as I or anyone else, ya feckin daftie

Barry, people in GB know all about unionists, and do not call anyone paddy anymore.

Irish neutrality was an historical fact, and of course southern Irish looked out for northern neighbours, being human.

Fact remains 1916 was used to rebel when war was underway and weapons were sought from Germany,,whilst sympathy was sent from Dublin to Hitler.FG blueshirts went facist too.

Irish soldiers were shunned in Eire....until now.

Irish voters had to vote again when Lisbon went against what Brussels wanted.

Dublin was bailed out by brit and eu money.

Brexit was a huge democratic mandate, backed by the UK as a whole...the European union are not letting their club break up easily, as they want to create a superstate.
They need to keep uk money to pay for small failing European states brought in via expansion.

Fair point zach, as I love Ireland and as the Catholic church and old hard line Gaelic nationalism has largely lost the grip, as the orange have here, we can live in peace and get on!
