Sometimes you just need to accept flaws. Rangers need to decide whether or not his contribution to the team outweighs the disciplinary issues.

There is absolutely no excuse for him not learning English either. He's has long enough and I'm sure the club would provide whatever support he needs.

The club should be insisting on it.

Poch did the same at Southampton. Spurs said not acceptable you'll do pressers in English or not at all. Fluent in about 3 months.

He could speak English at Southampton but asked to continue interviews in Spanish so he wouldn't be mistaken.

He used it with the players etc while he was conducting interviews in Spanish.
