Lets face it, they are a decent side and are in very good form plus have a winning european manager in charge, however; Anfield must be the hardest place in Europe to get a result when you need it!
We know what we need which imo makes it even harder for Napoli, i do rate Napoli very highly but if we can beat Roma, City, Utd and PSG at Anfield then there is no reason whh we cant beat Napoli.
A 1-0 is unlikely its more likely to be 3-1 or 4-1, i dont feel Napoli will get more than a goal but you never know i suppose. Heres hoping those great Anfield nights have Napoli well beaten added to their list.
I am sure the crowd will push Liverpool on and Napoli will be affected by the atmosphere....cant wait
Napoli then.

We did beat you in Ropey league a couple years back but in the PL you have been our Anfield bogey side of late.

Best team in the country, unbeaten, top of the league.
As if Napoli are getting anything tonight against this Liverpool team.😏
I'll go 4-0 to the mighty reds.😀

In the country facking Europe saan. Runners up last year to Real who cheated anyway but without Ronaldo Liverpool are the best team in Europe.

Weve been known to struggle against teams that park the bus to be honest and that is exactly how United will play against us. We're better at it this season, and United are nowhere near our level defensively this season so let's see what happens.

I'm going 2-1 win but go out.
Hope I'm wrong obviously.

With talk of 4/5 goals for us I thought I'd look up the last time Napoli conceded 4, it seems it was against Man City last November. In that time they've played PSG, Roma, Juve and us.
We could take them apart, this team can run riot against anyone when it all clicks, but I think we'll be a little more measured in our play. Rather than rely on our attackers to score 3 or 4 or 5, I think we'll be slightly safety first and stop them scoring. Do that and we only need one goal.
I'm not actually expecting a classic tonight. I'm thinking more like a tense 1-0 win. Hope I'm wrong of course, it would be lovely to be home and dry by half time, just think Napoli are just too good to make that likely.

Bit chilly over in red star this time of year, not sure the brazilian boys or psg stars will fancy it.
No suprise to me to see a 2-1 or 2-2 over there.

Explains why they're always lighting flares....it's to keep warm!

The weather in Belgrade won't be much different to Paris
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Right now it's 5 degrees colder. 6 in Paris, 1 in Belgrade. I know which I'd rather play in!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jesus, a handful of degrees, that is like the standard temperature change during the average day, i really don't think they will cope.

I don't think we can afford to just go for a 1-0. We need to blitz them, even if we're 2-0 up in the last minute all it takes is a slip or a moment of genius and we could be out.

Trying to force things early doors when you only need 1 goal can and often does backfire.
Jose did in our semi vs Atletico few years back and we conceded twice not long after.
