Klopp has overhauled the squad nicely and even players who contributed so much in Can and Coutinho have not been missed at all. However, there still remains players who will continue to cost us defensively.
I am really talking about Moreno and Lovren. I was looking back on Lovrens performances when he has played and he always has a mistake in him doesnt he! Where we are now as a team competing at the top for the biggest prizes i dont think Lovren fits in. Now look, im talking about the top top games and we have had to rely on lovren and he isnt good enough.
Go back over some of the big games:
Roma...he let the ball over his head for roma to score;
Roma..he whacked the ball into milners head for an own goal;
Spurs...pinged after 20 mins because he cost us 2 goals at least;
M city...let aguero in for the 1st goal;
Yes, in some big games he has played well, and thats kinda the point of where we are....his inconsistencies are nowhere near good enough for where we are as a team now. We need a player to come in and be like a gomez or robertson or vvd has, minimum of 8/10 EVERY game.
On Moreno....we all want to know...WHY😂😂😂
II think both Moreno and Lovren need to leave if we are to continue improving as a team. Lovren can leave with applause and hes done well really, but we just need that next level up.

Separate note.....should get Coutinho so he doesnt go to City or Utd?? He knows us of course is friends with Firmino and i bet Alisson too, he would be welcomed back and i think lallanas time is coming to an end, be a top replacement.

Over the last 30 games of last season, and the first 21 of this season, Liverpool have had the best defence in the premier league.
Obviously VVD is vitaly important, but sorry, you dont have the best defensive record over the last 51 premier league games you have played in, by having just 1 outstanding defender, doing his own job, and propping up the rest at the same time.
Isnt possible.

Zzzzzz slating Lovren is so 2016.
Aguero buys a yard and finishes from an acute angle with a left foot half volley and Lovren is sh!t.
Aguero has done that hundreds of times to hundreds of defenders.
The way people go on on here we'd never concede a goal. There is never ANY credit given to the attacker either whilst also seemingly forgetting all the games he plays in where he doesn't make a mistake.

Moreno is out of contract at the end of the season and will be gone. Good luck to him, I still believe there’s a good left back in there somewhere if he could only learn a modicum of positional sense.
Lovren is fine as a squad player. I’d prefer he were 4th choice rather than 3rd but that’s about either bringing in or bringing through someone to challenge Gomez.

Only took so long to realise it? I have been saying for few seasons now
