We need the whole 1st team coaching staff and approach changing.
This business of all the teams playing and training one way except the first team who play and train another it doesn't make any sense and it shows the first team is lacking communication between the players on the pitch.
Perhaps Ken should consider appointing a director of football providing its not one of the current 1st team coaching staff

Goodness knows where my comment from this morning went. Been that kind of day. Good results for Bolton in the mini league with both Rotherham and Ipswich losing. Genuinely getting lucky here. Should be well adrift but incredibly will be level with Rotherham with a win over reading. Not necessarily over and done with if lose to reading but parky has to go if they do.

You're right pasty but the team will never gel as long as PP keeps the merry go round turning. Every good manager plays his best team as often as possible. I know players sometimes need a rest but PP has no idea which is his best team.

Gutted about not at least getting a replay when you look at Wimbledon, Millwall, Doncaster in the last 16. Only 3 premier league teams through to the last 16 as it stands. How on earth did parky get Bradford to the league cup final?

You make your own luck in this game we just have a hard luck story manager every week he'll tell you how unlucky we were.
It'll be unlucky for Luka on Tuesday it's way too early to expect him to play two in such a short space of time and the next experiment of Prof P's won't suit his game either.
It's not just a tinker with players changed here and there it's the whole thinking of how to play and formation of the game changing way to often we don't have a squad to support that.

A busy day today we have the warm up for tomorrow nights big game Prof has handed Ken his photo album of Madine as his transfer targets the window shuts on Thursday there's player sales to pitch and a batch of loans to try and send out.
