Jorginhio and Kante don’t work in the same team with this formation. If sarri is going to play this system I don’t think you can have Kante, he is just too ineffective. I’d sooner loftus cheek

The team is screaming out for width. Why Hudson is not playing, its obsured. Everything is so central.

Maybe give up some possession and move to a 4231 work,

On a serious note, there are good things that can come out of that game. If Chelsea had lost by a couple of goals then Sarri would have blamed the players but losing by four goals should make him take a deep look at himself. Into sharp focus should be his playing of players out of position, his tactics and his in game management. If Sarri has any sense at all, he'll learn a lesson from this defeat like Conte learnt after the defeat to Arsenal a couple of seasons ago.

If you want to play Sarri ball then you need to change a few of the players.

CHO being punished when you wanted to keep him and prevented him leaving is odd though.

You make good points but I doubt Sarri will change, Jorginho will always play and that needs change if we are going to get top 4
