Thoughts?
- This the reason we struggle to cross the finishing line. Not some "bottling" curse.
- Arsenal's "we don't spend big money" is a myth and it always has been.
- we could double the wages of most of players and still not get close to City.
- United's return for this level of expenditure is very, very poor.

Has it been a month already since the last article about how Spurs are spending less start other clubs?

Can't argue with any of the OP really, apart from the fact that I haven't heard many Arsenal fans using the money defence much in recent years.

“United's return for this level of expenditure is very, very poor.”
45% of our total revenues, compared to Spurs 41%?
It’s not worlds apart is it, especially as we’ve still won trophies on the last 5 years despite being shiyte.

Reality is though that even if it were equal at 41%, 41% of our revenue is a lot more money than 41% of theirs, so we should be doing better than we are with that money.

Not current though is it? Year 2017?

60% wage to revenue ratio is ridiculous.

We are currently the 10th richest club so in theory should have the 10th biggest wage bill, but we are languishing around 100m less than it should be in 14th.
We have the lowest percentage of total revenue going on wages at 41%, just proves how much money has gone into infrastructure, stadium, training ground etc, or what Enic are creaming off whilst charging the highest ticket prices in the country.

Expect Wolves to be in the top 4 off that league in 18 months, most probably top
