Early thoughts on who will win?
The favourites are:
Raheem Sterling - Manchester City - 5/4 fav.
24 Years Old
22 apps - 10 goals -10 assists.
Marcus Rashford - Manchester United - 5/2
21 Years Old
22 apps - 9 goals - 7 assists
Leroy Sane - Manchester City - 11/1
23 Years Old
22 apps - 8 goals - 10 assists
Bernardo Silva - Manchester City - 14/1
24 Years Old (this is getting ridiculous now!)
24 apps - 5 goals - 6 assists
Lucas Torreira - Arsenal - 14/1
22 Years Old (getting closer to another actual youngster)
25 apps - 2 goals - 2 assists
Trent Alexander Arnold - Liverpool - 16/1
20 Years Old (wow, an actual youngster!)
17 apps - 1 goal - 3 assists.
Best of the Rest:
Declan Rice - 18/1
David Brooks - 20/1
Richarlison - 20/1
Aleksandar Mitrovic - 25/1
Anthony Martial - 25/1
Dele Alli - 25/1
James Maddison - 25/1
Matteo Guendouzi - 25/1
Ruben Neves - 28/1
Stats wise, and in the bookies eyes, Sterling in favourite. For me he wouldn't even be Citys YPOTY - Bernardo Silva takes that.
Marcus Rashford has benefited from Mourinho going, would be interested in what his odds were before Solskjaer took over.
The likes of Torreira and TAA have little chance due to their roles, imo, while the likes of Rice and Brooks will be overlooked due to their teams.
Given the odds, I hope Rashford wins it - mainly because he is actually a young player.

This it is!
Thing is with players like Rive is that yo appreciate his game (which is very good from the little I've seen) you have to watch the full match. It's not like impact players with goals, etc, so I'm always a bit suspicious of people putting forward choices like Rice.
If he hadn't had a protracted contract negotiation, in which some very big clubs were widely reported to be interested, I doubt he'd be mentioned in this context.
Ryan Fraser should get a shout btw.

Up until now I would say TAA. Liverpool are missing him massively.
