To be honest this really won't hit Chelsea that hard at all. They will almost certainly appeal and get one last summer transfer window to sign all the players they need before the ban. And even if their ban for summer 2019 and winter 2020 is upheld, they have 40 players out on loan. They will just recall whoever they need from their army of loanees.
