Kepa

Not really seen much mentioned about him but baring an early wobble I thought he was very good yesterday and showed exactly why Sarri had to bring him back into the side. Following his MOTM performance I just hope he keeps his head down and gets on with his job as iv been quietly impressed with him this season.

The commentator said after the ball drop that not only is his attitude being questioned, but his quality as a keeper is aswell, or something along those lines.

Nonsense. Guys come in no fuss and is improving every week. Very good, if expensive, signing so far

I just write off the price tag, far too expensive, but if he stays for his contract length and continues to improve like he has been it will be well worth the huge fee in the long term

Normal Kepa performance. He always has solid games with the obligatory nervy moment or two.

Yesterday was a good day for proving doubters wrong. What makes me laugh about it is both Kepa & Jorginho on the whole are being well received for their performances but neither of them had particularly special games by their standards this season - the only differences were Kepa's media controversy and the fact Jorginho scored. Just shows how thinly veiled the criticism both get actually is.

I understand some of the jorginho criticism but you also have to remember that is what the manager wants, yes he is suspect defensively at times due to his lack of physical attributes especially in comparison to kante but the second he isn't playing we stop playing the football Sarri wants. I feel we have to give him some time to adapt and in the long term he will be a very valuable player for us if Sarri stays, if Sarri leaves I think he massively struggles for game time

Think jorgino has been poor for a while. Goal and ballover top to higuain he was so lapse yesterday. Lost it numerous times. Glad he was taken off.

It's not a question of adapting for me (offensively that is), what we've seen is who he is, there's just too little movement around him and too much responsibility on him. I will say, taking the other side for a second, this season's shown us Jorginho isn't a game changer. He'll set the tone, but he can't make things happen by himself. Think that's asking a bit much as only Hazard really fits that bill in our team, but it is a fair criticism.

Makes you appreciate how well tuned Sarri's Napoli was. No outstanding talent, just a well oiled machine playing their football like one mind.

Much prefer Kepa's attitude to the disdainful Tibo. K will improve loads in my opinion, because it's obvious he wants to, and appears to be proud to be here.
