Sorry but i'm Sarri out.

I don’t think Sarri is the man to lead us if the transfer embargo is fully upheld. I get the argument “Judge Sarri after a full pre-season" “judge him with more of his own players."

I think he has massively mis-managed the squad at his disposal and i feel the goalposts have changed even further with the looming embargo. If it’s not temporarily lifted then sorry I do not think, based on what I’ve seen so far he’s the man to lead us through it.

I know you’re going to say he’s gradually blending the younger players in.

Me? I’m seeing a man who’s barely giving cameos to players who deserve to be trusted to start and keeping faith with underperforming players.

He used motivation as a reason as to why performances and results started to become unacceptable.

OK. But for example, how motivated would you be if you knew the worst you’d be is reduced to a 60 minute game one week and 30 minutes the next? If you know, no matter how poor your performances were? I think a form of motivation could be………show the players they’re not untouchable.

But Sarri won’t.

So, we’re losing Hazard in the Summer. Which means Willian/Pedro will likely go from rotating subs to week in week out starters. Depending on how our signing from Dortmund turns out.

Tammy will be loaned or benched until the 87th minute and then told to go prove he’s worth his place in the team by going out and scoring the goals to overturn a 3 goal deficit. CHO will come on the 80th minute in league matches and it will be hinted by Sarri that he needs to see more from him in those 10 minutes. And that he’s too young.

Thank god Robben and even Alan Hudson aren’t available to today’s Chelsea. They’d be heading to Germany right now with a view to being bought by City for more than double what we sold them for.

Another point regarding CHO…………….at the start of the year, there was a situation where he was not selected for neither a Youth FA Cup squad nor full team matchday squad. He wasn’t injured and for me a clear example of mis-management.

NPE I especially await your comments and 1 that will make no difference to my life whatsoever

Not attempting to attack Sarri, but his optics on the sidelines betray a sense of confusion and panic. Yesterday some Chelsea players looked much to lackadaisical, perhaps even hoping to be subbed out?

It’s fairer to judge him on the overall points accumulated rather than just specific home/away form. We’re still in touching distance of a top four position even if it seems unlikely. Even if it’s felt like it at times this season has been far from a disaster.

Luckily Side we are in a position in 6th where we are unlikely to be overtaken...this means Euromick at worst next term

How we are going to approach that with an ageing side and an injection of youth I don't know, as we certainly won't be buying our way to any success

I think our chances of winning the Europa are decent from the draw, but still very very difficult given who's left, and Sarri's general incompetence in selecting a team to win a game at any given time.

Honestly think based on his team selections not just here but previously, hes the man to lead us through transition with a probable transfer embargo?

That's your right but I don't.

I wanted AVB to stay, I was ultimately proven very wrong. At least he had some sort of CV.

Still better than Sarri's the trophies aren't like defaults on credit files. They aren't wiped after 6 years

Sarri's biggest downfall as a manager is his obsession with his system. No top class manager would inherit a player like N'golo Kante and not build their system AROUND him instead of trying to get him to adapt to Sarri's system. That is in a nutshell why Sarri will never be a top manager.
