When I was in Krakow last year I was led to believe Wisla v Cracovia is also a bad one.

Biggest rivalry in the UK is Tottenham v Arsenal.

Arsenal utd back in the day was a proper rivalry. Though can't remember any fights amongst fans?
Not going to lie, a fight in a big game amongst fans really spices things up. But there's a limit and it's a very fine margin where good old battering can turn into fatality which sort of ruins the fun.

Arsenal vs Spurs or Spurs vs WHU is probably the most tense in PL off with pitch.

After reading Maradona biography I'd say Boca/river has to feature way higher. Their fans pretty much took the squad hostage lol

I'd say Italy, inside the stadium, isn't that bad tbh compared to a few places. Some crazy 5hit happens outside I admit, my personal favourite was the player who rode on a fans tank and ran over a car in the street and was forced to apologise

And re: earlier posts, I agree. I don't remember reading or hearing about United/Liverpool being overly violent anymore.

There has to be a couple of rivalries in Mexico (Chivas/America maybe) that can get really rowdy, really fast.

For me it will be us v the dips. The two most successful teams in England with the most fans.

You have to have come from my era of Liverpool dominance to appreciate it really. From a United fan perspective.

Oh and violence at football is nothing to do with football rivalry.

It is immature w@nkers that need to be wiped off the face of the earth.

Our rivalry with Liverpool is certainly one of the biggest and most well known rivalries but it's not as intense as others, not now anyway.
