Guardiola annoys me

And here's why. I was watching the highlights of Man City vs Brighton today and I noticed at full time when Guardiola shook the Brigton manager's hand that there's just no emotion in his face at all. He doesn't look even slightly happy, he's just so calm and emotionless. And it's always the same with him. In interviews after Man City have won he's just so calm and he always says that 'right' things.

It's just 'off', you know? Like with Klopp, I don't like him, but at least he's honest and you can see, like when Liverpool scored that late winner against Everton this season, the emotion and how invested he is in his team. With Guardiola, I see the way he acts and to me I think it's arrogance. The guy is convinced he's so much better than everyone else and so when he wins he just doesn't care because he expects to. It's hard to explain but it just really annoys me the fact that he doesn't seem to react at all when City win. idk, does anyone feel the same way?

I also hate how he always tries to play the nice guy act in the media. Like today I see a headline where he's playing down his team's chances of winning the quadruple and I read the other day him complimenting Liverpool. It just annoys me how he always says the 'right' thing and get people to like him. Ferguson and Mourinho are two great managers who are nothing like that. Sometimes they will say something that piiisses people off, but at least they're honest. Guardiola just seems so fake to me. I don't understand how the Man City fans can connect with someone like that. Sarri, as much as I don't like him, is another guy that's so honest and you have to respect that at least about him.

Does anyone else feel the same way about Guardiola? What do you dudes all think?

If you had to choose going back for “coffee” with either Pep or Klopp after a steaming hot date who would you choose?

He just seems a total pro to me, who demands the same from his players, when clubs invest so much money these days it shouldn't be too much to expect professionalism from its employees

Jumping around on the touchline like a g00n brings little to the game

There's a balance though, and Guardiola is too cold and emotionless to me. It's nothing to do with being a winner or not because Sir Alex and Mourinho always have been far more emotional than Guardiola has ever been.

It just seems like he doesn't really care about the club and fans that much. He's just here to win and that's it.

Gaurdiola is a bit odd.

I see where OP is coming from. Only time I’ve seen Pep honest is when he’s talking about Messi. One thing I used to wonder is why did Wenger rarely compliment opponents but always his own. Whereas Pep is sort of the opposite but it gets to a point where it’s just fake. He knows his team is the dog bollacs. I suppose it’s an act he puts on which other manages rarely do

It’s his search for footballing perfection. It’s already made him bald. But I don’t think he will be truly happy until he knows he has achieved it and his head becomes perfectly spherical.

He’s a bit of a weirdo yeah everyone knows that he’s still an exceptional football manager

Do the City fans "connect" with him though? Ground is always half full when I watch them.

How has a wolves fan the audacity to criticise City’s support ?
Wolves average attendance in the late 80s was as low as 4000 when they weren’t doing very well
Kindly feck off 🔔end
