With the owners set to invest a significant amount of money into the infrastructure of the club, new stand and entertainment facilities, I don’t think a return to league 1 is in their plans, and the way we have been heading over the last dozen games indicates that will be our feat if we persist with MON. Don’t get me wrong, I like and totally respect him for all he has done, but it is plain to see his style (??) of football is just not working. Selections, tactics and decision making are tbh baffling. The owners need to act NOW and start planning for next season ASAP. I can’t see us getting another win until the last day against Bolton if I am honest.

Meltdowns on most forums, but I found it a lot more enjoyable watching that without having to worry about the result.

Some decent football, Yates and Appiah getting game time, and Forest should have had 4 or 5. Some shocking misses.

MON clearly checking out different players and formations ready for next season, but unless he wins a couple more he may not be here next season...

Experiment against Sheffield U and the Boro and we may we’ll be on a run of 5 consecutive defeats, that certainly won’t sit well.We are in danger of undoing all the good work that has been done.

I understand that the manager needs to see how players perform in meaningful matches, but the price you pay is a lack of cohesion and understanding. I wonder if Yacob and Bridcutt will be given the chance to show what they can do.

Yesterday only Pele and Byram showed a desire to move forward with purpose. Whenever Grabban dropped off, nobody was prepared to run into the space behind that he had created. There was also a situation around the 70 minute mark when Pants collected a cross ran to the edge of the box looking for someone to give it to - everyone had turned their back on him - inexcusable. Sadly many fans had a go at Pants for not releasing the ball!

This was always going to happen when you sack a manager 2/3 of the way through a season and bring in another 6 players. We have 40 players, it’s ridiculous!

If we sack another manager and bring in another 10 players then the same will happen next season. Especially when the players coming in are not the best. We have some decent players but not many other clubs would be after.

We need to get rid of 15 or so players and start buying quality not quantity. Try and stick with a manager for the season unless it looks like we might go down. Clearly sacking managers constantly isn’t working cause we don’t have the money to back up that kind of approach. We are not Chelsea!

The car parks [and the locals] are a rip off, better to use the park & rides during the day and catch the shuttle bus into town.

The Bath's and perhaps the Spa is worth a visit, although the Spa is expensive. The Abbey is a rip off as is the Crystal Palace. The circus above the park is worth a stroll around too, the locals are very much an acquired taste, try not to complain about the service/price etc, otherwise it can spoil your day, they wont change!

When we are looking for a new manager the first question he should be asked is "Can you get the current squad to play better" if he says yes well then let him get on with it and tell him if he wants to bring a player in he has to get two out, and not just on loan.

This summer we need to reduce the squad to about 25; that means getting rid of fifteen at least.

We also need to decide what the recruitmet policy is. Warburton went for youth with potential (Cummings, Clough, McKay) which didn't work. But not because the strategy was wrong. We then swapped to experience (Watson, Dawson, Pep) and imports (Tachtsidis, Bonatini, three portugese) and that hasn't worked either.

Replacing the manager has obviously set us back. So next season needs to be yet another when we attempt to consolidate and rebuild the first team squad. Good luck to whoever gets that remit.

Having seen the goals, I think to criticise Pants for their first goal is very harsh, it reminded me of Osborn’s goal earlier in the season, possibly against Leeds, yes our defender could have closed down quicker, but sometimes you must have to hold up your hands and say, that was pretty good/special. If it was Sterling or Messi we would be raving about it.
