City are owned by a member of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family which is very extensive.
He made his fortune from property deals in the US, he also made about £4bn from selling his shares in Barclays Bank.
Tottenham sit at the High Table when it comes to financial wheeling and dealing - How else could a club who were averaging gates of 34,000 until recently and haven't won a major trophy for years be able to convince banks to lend them £850m to build a new stadium?
