Best thing club can do now

is announce that Bielsa is here next season come what may, just as they expected fans to commit to STs come what may.

Would be a huge boost to morale.

Sorry, Apple's fault. Yes, of course needs Bielsa as part of it, can't have only one of 2 parties agreeing

Assurances from Radz would not fill me with much optimism as I feel he is a bit of an Italian Arthur Daley but I do think Bielsa will stay with us either way.

Macca, it would need Bielsa's agreement and that would give me more confidence.

Without sounding defeatist assuming he stays and we haven't got promoted it will be interesting to see which players leave and the new ones that come in. I don't think Jack Clark Roofe and Pontus are irreplaceable and the only player I can see clubs in the premier league wanting is Philips so the core of the side should stay intact and improved upon.
Having said all that if we miraculously go up via the playoffs you could argue the rebuild would need to be bigger than if we stay put.

Think we also need to avoid taking players that just were never realistically going to contribute - Brown the case in point.

Did any of the current top 6 do anything vaguely similar ?

Be good if we could get Gayle if Wba don't go up and Jota from Birmingham and Foyt from Spurs on loan and Forestieri would be exciting.

Get that Maupay from Brentford, was very impressed with him yesterday and a good scoring record. Canos was good also.

I could be completely wrong but didn’t we try to sign Canos but he preferred Brentford?

Given Brentford were wanting £15M for him in January I think it's safe to say he won't be moving to another Championship club anytime soon
