Shots 5 on target. One goal scored when Villa thought we were going to get the ball back. WTF is going on???

It's the only worry I have. They showed they still have the fight, the character and the ability to boss a good side, neutralise quality opposition such as Grealish. But I can see it being a 1 nil defeat at Welmbley with us having 20+ shots. Hope I'm wrong obviously, but I've not seen a more wasteful team than us.

We were exactly the same when we went up. We dominated the majority of games but never took our chances, hence why our goal difference was so poor.

You'll have those games where it does go right for you though when you do create so much, you just need to hope you can have 3 of those in a row in the play offs. Need to get Roofe playing like he was earlier in the season.

Shaun, I'm sure there is a study somewhere that shows that watching a Leeds game is the equivalent of smoking 20 cigarettes a day.

27 shots and their keeper made 1 save is more worrying. Unfortunately we only have the odd player who can strike from distance, set pieces that have yielded little since new year and a lack pace which is allowing sides to nullify our passing game.
We need to get the defence sorted ahead of the playoffs as the main priority mind.

Not only that, Kebab, we had close to half an hour against 10 men without scoring. They were exhausted. We were in and around their penalty area, getting in each other's way, scuffing shots, scared to commit. Our crossing was woeful - the number of times Mings headed out was ridiculous. Roberts was a breath of fresh air when he came on, but his shooting was just as bad as the rest. It has been often pointed out that Norwich and the Blades scored more goals from fewer opportunities. We can say Bamford played badly yesterday, but Pablo, Harrison, Dallas and Klich all missed presentable opportunities. I was thinking, when are they going to hit the phuckin target? The build up play was so good, but the rabbits got caught in the headlights. What we could have done with a McGoldrick this season. The thing about the Blades is that they don't complicate things, they just go straight for the jugular. A little more of that in our game and we would have another 10 points in the bag. Some people say we don't have the pace. Maybe so, but we have lots of fluidity up front, and we get into great positions. We need an out and out finisher. Sorry for the gripe, but that game was so frustrating, especially as we played Villa off the park.
