Not so sure Spam played out of their skins SteveF. I think we played really badly, leggy, no ingenuity, painful to watch. Spam could have had 8 men on the pitch and would still have won. If we show up like that for Cherries / Toffees we will get murdered.

And de Gea wasn't superman that day. Maybe a ball magnet.

Most of the saves that day were pretty standard. Think there were 2 quality saves from Alderweireld and Kane.

Terrible finishing against united cost us.

As for cheatski, living up to their name with that sort of bribery offer to De Gea

I find this happens a lot with Spurs. Another example, West Ham come into our game with an horrendous away record, then play out of their skins. Arsenal have probably the worst away record going, but did we see that when they arrived at Wembley to play us ? Another, Brighton, absolute rubbish form going into our game ( including a 0-5 defeat by Bournemouth ) then defend like champions.
Teams/players just seem to morph into something completely different when it is their turn to play Spurs, yet how many time do they revert to their normal self when playing someone like Liverpool.

Well Brighton were fighting relegation and West Ham and Arsenal are derbies. It's like Everton and Liverpool. We beat them easily 6-2, but against Liverpool they pulled out all the stops to get a draw.

Next up Bournemouth, who have been bending over for teams months now. Even Cardiff and Fulham beat them.

Watch them put in their display of the season, when all we need is 3 pts for top 4.
