Lived in Ohio.......not my cup of tea, religion and hunting are two things I'm not on board with. Missus home state though.

Lived in Lawrence Kansas.......feckin awesome, best town in the USA by a distance, miss it every day.

Now live in New Jersey.......not too bad at all and access to so many great places and an hour from NYC and plenty of drinking.

Hopefully moving to Arizona this year.

Often wondered if your name was to do with Cincinnati.

I mentioned above, I would still move to the States, but really not sure how wise it is. Over 50, so pretty risky in the first place. Giving up 6 weeks holiday a year and a job as secure as it probably can be these days.

The OP is clearly talking out of his ass.

He's either never been to the US - or - his view of the US is quite distorted by the single place he's visited.

Either way, if you hate it THAT much, then don't come back.
