No. Either signings like James or a really top player, or both.
Say two up and comers and De Ligt or some such. Young and top class. We have plenty of experience.
I would not mind Bale, but at say 35 mill, short contract, and a wage cut, so won't happen. But would be worth a go at that.

Rumours are Real will let Bale go for free if someone is willing to match his contract, as that's what it'll take for him to leave.

There was that weird guy that used to go on and on about Pedro.

Was always just on his way to a business meeting/at the airport for a business trip and wanted to bang on about Pedro.
