Pro's and Con's?

His first time around he faced rangers for the first two seasons.

the first time we finished second and the football was superb, a wonderful season - 92 points

the second season we managed to come back and win the title after a ridiculously bad start - helped by rangers off field problems imo but nonetheless we went on a superb run of form and won in the end finishing on 93 points - somehow better off than the previous season, mental.

3rd season and first without the bum sniffers after they got liquidated for not paying taxes, get it up them. 79 points - bleugh

fourth season - 99 points, his best return yet but no rangers, so if you were to include them and take 6 points away at worst for results at ibrox its 93 points.

tbh bar one season he came up with better points tallys than we have had in the past 2 yeas, 82 points last year and 87 this year.

So on paper, he will win us more game.

Europe - This can be hit and miss imo - Rodgers had a knack for getting us to the groups, excluding this season when Hendry played - but if Lennon gets us there i would fancy him to stop the drubbings we recieved at the very least.

When you look at it this way, its not the worst appointment we could have made, i don't blame lennon for it.

now the cons

He's a fvcking lunatic and imo, a bit of a yes man.

The thing that irked me about lennons first tenure was the wage cap "can't give a player 40k a week, what if stokesie does well and wants it"

then tough schit, better players get better wages, end of story, you have to take the risk - look at edouard. Unfortunately i expect its hayes and co from here on in.

Diet - hopefully he has learned since his first time round but allowing the players to go for a pI55 up prior to ibrox was naive to say the least, back to pie and chips lads.

TBH i'm not as mad about Lennon getting the job as i am how he got it.

we were so flat this season and on saturday we were really poor. Enthusiam, desire, energy levels, they were just not there. I can't say i have enjoyed many matches under lennons reign thus far. BUT he says he hasn't been playing his way, so we have to give him that chance.

That said, Lawwell is who i am most angry at. To not even consider candidates in the most important season in years is negligence to say the least, this is not a "he'll do" situation.

All that money for dembele, for rodgers and his staff, we couldn't go out and get a better candidate? or at least speak to one?

They knew when the renewals went out early, and they waited till everyone was on a high to do it, sneaky and schite imo.

On to next season, hoping for a few Forster, VVD's, Wanyamas, and hoopers, but new ones. i dont want hooper as he is now.
