Option A - We keep KP and have the likely small amount of money to play in the market with.
Option B - We sell KP for £17m (middle ground between the banded about 14m and minimum expected of 20m) and are 'guaranteed' every penny is available to MB for strengthening.
As much as i value KP and see only further improvement to come, I can't help but feel MB has players ready to play for him that will both improve and are make-able transfers.
On the contrary i also think there are loan options that could give us the extra bit of quality needed to make top 2 next season.

If we can get rid of the 6-8 dead woods we have and bring in 3 quality players, we should be in great shape.

Hope we can do what you say Johnny, getting rid of the deadwood will not be easy, be lucky to give them away I fear. I just hope Bielsa is choosing the targets this time and not Orta as his track record is abysmal.

I'd go for Option C:
We should take Forshaw, give him a funky haircut and a goatee. Change his name by deed poll to "Kalvin Fillips" and sell him to Swansea for £20m.

I wouldn't sell Phillips. I'd sell Clarke. Right now we need players ready to.play first team football and get us promoted. Phillips plays a unique role in this team and had a good season last year.
Selling him would be madness.

Forshaw is just not as good in that position. I cant believe people are saying that as a viable option to replace KP....
