Am I the only person really worried about our defence?
Toby Alderweireld is 30 years old. Jan Verthongen will be 33 by the time the season ends next year.
They're not in their prime anymore. They have been part of a defence that lost 13 times in the league last season. Almost 20 games in total. Including, last minute goals conceded on a number of occasions.
Neither of them are particularly authoritative in the air and we still struggle from set pieces.
Why aren't we talking about replenishing our centre back problem?
Why is nobody talking about a centre back?

I think it will be more of a priority next year.

You need to make £65m worth of sales before Levy thinks about doing anything else

Sanchez, Foyth & Dier, also Toby (if he stays) & Jan are not gonna turn to shlt overnight

I agree. Foyth is nowhere near ready to be starting regularly, and Sanchez is still a bit suspect. Wouldn't be against a new CB coming in.

Foyth was poor last season, regardless of how young he is.

Their both 2 of the best. 33 and 30 years old? not THAT old for CBs of their quality. We should be looking at a LCB in their prime though, but for the moment have more pressing areas to address.
Dier and Sanchez can play RCB for the future, Foyth too if he continues to improve.

It'd help if you put it on your own board
